We had the transmission repaired in our late model domestic suv with high miles. Very up front estimate and description of the work. Called me several times to update me on the progress and it was a very smooth process from start to finish. I highly recommend them for more involved jobs.

Mark (owner) and his mechanics at B & J Automotive have worked on my vehicles (Ford, Mini) for many years. I've received nothing less than top-notch service on every visit and trust him and his team to give me quality work at a fair price. Today, I needed a special favor because my uncle's battery died (BMW) while he was at a doctor's appointment. I went to Mark and he let me borrow a battery booster (showed me how to use it) to help my uncle. He turned what started out as a stressful situation for my 85 year old uncle into a minor inconvenience that we resolved effortlessly in about 20 minutes. I can't thank him enough and I highly recommend his business for all of your automotive service needs.

Mark and Chris helped me fix my car after another shop damaged it. After Midas used the wrong parts on my car, it was not driveable and Midas refused to fix it. Mark and Chris spent time and care on fixing my car and getting it safe for the road again, as well as documenting everything for my dispute process with Midas. Not only do I drive every day for work, but I have a young child. You don't realize how important it is to have a mechanic you trust until something like this happens, and sometimes that is hard to find. Mark was attentive, caring, and very very reasonable with me in terms of this situation. They called me frequently with updates, prices and support. I feel they run a very ethical business practice. My car feels very safe and the work was done very well. I will only be taking my car here from now on. These are good people.

Excellent service and auto knowledge better than a dealership.

Got me in the day of. Got my car done quickly. For a fair price without hidden fees or more than they quoted. Had parts ready and waiting for me to see on arrival. Gave good honest advice and didn't try and upsell or push extra bs on me. Great shop. Highly recommend. Ask for mark. He'll take care of you.
