B & J Automotive opened its doors in 1985. Mark first became involved with the shop in 1988, when he came on board to help the previous owner. Over the years, he became deeply familiar with the business's day-to-day operations and the importance of providing customers with dependable automotive service.

After the previous owner stepped away from the business approximately five years ago, Mark took ownership. His long history with the shop has helped maintain a sense of continuity while allowing him to lead B & J Automotive into its next chapter.

Today, Mark serves as the owner, manager, and service writer. Customers can count on Mark to be involved throughout the service experience, from discussing their concerns to communicating recommendations and helping coordinate repairs. His long-standing connection to B & J Automotive gives him a unique understanding of the shop and its customers.

Although Mark is the primary point of contact for customers, the technicians are the ones putting their hands on the vehicles. B & J Automotive has built a team of professionals who handle the diagnostic and mechanical side of the business.

The shop is a NAPA Auto Care Center and employs ASE-certified and ASA-certified technicians, bringing professional training and automotive expertise to the repair process. Every service also includes a vehicle safety inspection, providing an additional opportunity to identify concerns that could affect the vehicle's reliability or safety.
